The book, titled Got the Life: My Journey of Addiction, Faith, Recovery and Korn, includes apology letters to each band member and stories of the worst times in the musician's life.
Fieldy admits to mistreating women, trying to to kill people, and even eating out of trash cans while consumed with his addiction to food.
The rocker also credits Christ for leading him to sobriety, similarly to the case of bandmate Brian "Head" Welch.
"I may get more criticism today in putting this book out than I have," says Head. "But I'm ready to take the criticism and answer anybody's questions."
