Season seven winner and recent Idol performer David Cook hit The Beatles LOVE at the Mirage in Las Vegas Thursday night with his bandmates (above).

Super producer Scott Storch was arrested Friday in Miami for alleged Grand Theft Auto.

Apparently, Storch failed to comply with the leasing agreement on a 2004 Bentley GT he leased in February 2006 that was supposed to be returned in March 2008.

The company who owns the vehicle, Atlas Leasing Company, are also claiming Storch owes them $65,000 in profits they could have earned from other leasers.

Storch has become more notorious for his legal woes than music as of late, facing both child support hearings and a foreclosure on his $10 million Miami mansion in the last two years.

Storch has produced songs for virutally every hip-hop name in the business, including Mariah Carey, Eminem, Beyonce Knowles, The Game and 50 Cent.

Poison Ivy ran into melodic rock trio The Daylights at the New York stop of their U.S. tour with Katy Perry last week, and fell in love with their cinematic style and boyish good looks. They sort of reminded us of an American version of Coldplay, with the grunge and ferocity of The Bravery and The Killers. After their stellar, extremely well-received set, we chatted with brothers Ran (guitars/vocals/keys) and Ricky Jackson (bass/vocals/guitar) and drummer Svend Lerche (above) to see what all the commotion was about.

PI: What's the best thing about touring with Katy Perry?
SL: The reception. A lot of her audience is really young, so many of them are at their first concerts.

PI: Is that a good thing?
SL: I think so. [The bill] is a nice mix, between her being a pop singer and us [being] a rock band.

PI: Is Katy cool? Does she hang? She seems cool but sometimes that's just a facade.
SL: Katy is great. We all went bowling last night at Lucky Strike, and even though she had to wake up early for a radio interview, she still comes out. Yes. Katy parties.

It was a rollercoaster ending on American Idol Wednesday night, as the viewer-ousted Matt Giraud was unanimously saved by all four judges, following a truly awful rendition of "Have You Really Ever Loved a Woman" by Bryan Adams. (It was movie week, and Quentin Tarantino mentored.)

"It's good news," Simon Cowell finally said, after noting that Giraud's performance was much better the first night.

“Guys, girls, I wouldn’t be so quick to congratulate him," Cowell continued. "No. 1, two people are going home next week now. Second piece of bad news: Next week, it’s disco week.”

If possible, the lineup for Bumbershoot has gotten even better!

Ting Tings, the All-American Rejects and singer-songwriter Brett Dennen have been added to the already-amazing lineup of Katy Perry, Sheryl Crow and Modest Mouse.

We have to admit, we were kind of late to realize the phenomenon that is Neko Case.

And by "kind of," we mean about 15 years.

Poison Ivy saw the soulful, roots-rock songstress for the first time Tuesday night at Nokia Theatre in New York, after Case had already dawned nearly a two-decade solo career and extensive history with the New Pornographers.

Baring a haunting, earthy alto, and a bantering stage manner that won't quit ("Sometimes it's hard to woo on a Tuesday, so thanks for bringing it. You like how I'm all street? Bring it," she told the audience), the bluesy redhead belted nearly two hours of songs, including "Prison Girls," "Maybe Sparrow," "The Pharaohs" and "Don't Forget Me."

She's a modern-day Patsy Cline, we thought, while exiting the venue.

"Ur always so sweet to us, so thanks for letting us play for you, New York," Case said, to close the show.

American Idol's Season Eight Top 10 Tour dates have finally been announced!

And while NYC always gets snubbed, we're still very excited to head to Long Island August 11 to see Adam Lambert, Allison Iraheta, Kris Allen, Matt Giraud, Lil Rounds, Michael Sarver and Scott MacIntyre, Anoop Desai and Danny Gokey!!!

Also, Megan Joy will perform.

The tour kicks off July 5 in Portland and hits 50 cities total, closing out in Manchester, NH September 15. Check out a full list of dates here.

Kanye West's arraignment, stemming from his September 11 altercation with a photographer at LAX, has been delayed until May 20.

West was charged with three misdemeanors last month for the incident, where he smashed a camera: vandalism, battery and grand theft.

Music producer Phil Spector was found guilty today of second-degree murder in the shooting and killing of actress Lana Clarkson at his home in 2003.

Spector's first trial, which began two years ago in April 2007, ended five months later after the jury could not reach a verdict.

This trial was slightly different, as the jury reached a verdict after deliberating for nine days.

Spector is best known for his production of the Beatles' Let It Be and John Lennon's Imagine, as well as the Righteous Brothers’ “You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin."

The producer 69, faces at least 18 years in prison and will be sentenced May 29.

Eminem is the first announced performer at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards, airing live Sunday May 31 at 9 p.m. ET.

Andy Samberg will host the event, and MTV promises that "additional performers and presenters will be announced in the coming weeks."

An obsessed fan allegedly broke into Tila Tequila's home Monday morning, smashing many of her possessions and even locking her dog in the trunk of her car!!

The stalker then falsely posted on Tila's Twitter:

"Tila Tequila is dead... I just broke into her house, killed her and her dog. Logged onto Twitter to tell you guys. She was signed on already. Tila Tequila is dead."

Around four that morning, TT cleared the air:

"This is Tila. I am deeply sorry for the earlier post about me being dead. I don’t know who logged into my account and wrote that... but someone did indeed break into my house. It’s been a very scary night for me. it’s 4:10am now and have been dealing with it all... Too much has happened. I am scared, exhausted and drained but I am ok! Want to apologize to my fans who were worried about me... Im moving into a different house very soon because I have a stalker who is very much so endangering my life at the moment….I love u all... Then I found my dog locked in the trunk of my car!!!!!!!!!! I’ve been crying all night. This is f----- up. I’m sad and shocked and bye…Im still shaking and crying! My dog in the trunk of the car, house is shattered, everything is smashed! I’m staying at a friend’s house 2nite."
