Dylan, Mellencamp and Nelson Headline 2009 Ballpark Tour

Bob Dylan, John Mellencamp and Willie Nelson will headline the 2009 Ballpark Tour, kicking off July 2 in Sauget, IL and closing out August 15 in Stockton, CA.

Tickets will on sale May 2 for $67.50 a pop, while children 14 and under are free!

Elton John's Last Stand

It's been five amazing years, but Elton John finally played his last Red Piano show at Las Vegas' Caesars Palace Wednesday night.

We knew this day would come, we just didn't know it would come so soon!!!

"I really have enjoyed every single moment of this engagement," John told the final audience, before diving into the show's opener "Bennie and the Jets." John continued with his biggest hits throughout the night, including "Rocket Man," "Candle in the Wind," and a finale of "Your Song."

"One day I might even see you in Vegas, OK?" John said, before walking offstage.

"But until then, I love you."

Director Spike Lee visits the Apple Store SoHo to talk with fans about two of his projects: Passing Strange, the rock doc turned film, and Kobe Doin, Lee's documentary about basketball star Kobe Bryant.

Jesse McCartney Scores Big at ASCAP Pop Awards

More than 600 music industry insiders attended the ASCAP Pop Awards in Hollywood Wednesday to salute musicians behind the most popular tunes of 2008.

Jesse McCartney was among one of the top honorees, scoring big with the song of the year award (shared with OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder) for Leona Lewis' "Bleeding Love."

Said McCartney:

"Being recognized by ASCAP is a great honor as a songwriter, and I am very grateful for this award. The success of this song would not have been possible without Leona's stunning vocals and amazing approach."

In addition, Wyclef Jean earned the Creative Voice Award, while songwriter of the year went to Stargate for writing six of the most performed songs of the year: Jordin Sparks "Tattoo," Rihanna's "Take a Bow" and "Don't Stop the Music," Ne-Yo's "Closer" and "Miss Independent," and Chris Brown's "With You."

When in Rome...

Ben Harper performs a free concert in honor of Earth Day at Rome's Piazza del Popolo Wednesday!!

To offset the carbon emissions from the show, volunteers will plant 1,000 trees this fall in Rome's Riserva della Valle dell'Aniene park.

Blues Traveler Plot U.S. Tour

Blues Traveler are hitting the road in support of their latest record, North Hollywood Shootout!

The U.S. trek will begin May 2 in Tulsa, OK and will close out Aug. 22 in Columbus, IN.

The Jonas Brothers have released their cover art for Lines, Vines and Trying Times, due out June 15.

“The title is a bit of poetry we came up with on the set for the TV show," Nick explained. “Lines are something that someone feeds you, whether it’s good or bad. Vines are the things that get in the way of the path that you’re on, and trying times, well, obviously we’re younger guys, but we’re aware of what’s going on in the world and we’re trying to bring some light to it.”

The cover art for Eminem's forthcoming record, Relapse, has hit the web.

And it's kind of amazing!!

Tuesday was a big day for Demi Lovato!!!

First, the Disney star debuted her album Don't Forget in Madrid by singing autographs and hanging with fans.

Then, the 16-year-old hit the Disney TV and Music Season photo call to talk about her 47-city tour kicking off this summer!

Madonna Injured in Horse-Riding Accident

Madonna was slightly injured Saturday after falling off of a horse while visiting friends in Bridgehampton, New York.

The 50-year-old pop starlet suffered minor cuts and bruises, and is said to be recovering well.

She will be kicking off her European tour July 4.

Beyonce Plans U.S. Tour

Beyonce has finally announced dates for her U.S. tour!!!!

The I Am ... Tour will kick off June 21 at New York's Madison Square Garden and close out with a four night run at Las Vegas' Wynn Hotel August 2.

Paul McCartney, Leonard Cohen and Katie White of the Ting Tings kick off day one of the Coachella Music Festival in Indio, CA.

Not a bad day!!!

McCartney played a nearly three hour set, including Beatles hits like "Drive My Car," "Hey Jude," "Back in the U.S.S.R.," and "Let It Be."

"We've come from many miles away to rock your roof tonight," McCartney said. "It's gonna be a good weekend here."
