Agyness Tumbles, Kelly Osbourne Struts at Naomi Campbell's "Fashion for Relief"

It was a celebrity catwalk spectacle Friday night at Naomi Campbell's Fashion for Relief runway show benefitting Haiti!

Designers like Dolce & Gabbana and Christian Dior donated pieces to supermodel Agyness Deyn (who tumbled twice in her seven inch Burberry heels, top photo), Kelly Osbourne (showing off a gorgeous slim bod, second photo), Helena Christensen (third photo), Diane von Furstenberg (fifth photo), Chris Brown (sixth photo), Alexander McQueen muse Daphne Guinness (who walked in armadillo platforms and a sparkly bodysuit), Donna Karan, Malin Akerman, Alan Cumming and many, many more.

"They're there because they want to be," Campbell explained, of why many stars danced and laughed their way down the platform.

Poison Ivy got to hang out backstage before the show, where we witnessed guest stylist Rachel Zoe hard at work.

"That's too big," she scowled at a size zero, whose flowy gown cinched at her waist.

Oh yes, it's the place where self-esteem dreams are made.

On the other end, we caught up with Olivia Palermo (bottom photo), who too walked in the show, Wendy Williams (seventh photo), our future model husbands (eighth photo), the MF shoes table (ninth photo), and America's Next Top Model's Jay Manuel posing with a fan (tenth photo).

We'll never forget arguably the best moment of our lives, right before we snapped that DvF photo. Her publicist was walking her down a hallway and informed a mob of photographers "No photos, no photos!"

"Diane, may I take a picture of you?" I asked, digital camera shaking in my hand.

"Of course, hon," DvF said.

I die!!
