Exclusive: Hanson Perform Unreleased Tracks at NYC Rehearsal

Poison Ivy found ourselves smack dab in the middle of a Hanson soundcheck Friday afternoon at the Gramercy Theatre in New York - just two short hours before the band hit the stage for their final 5 of 5 concert.

The boys were polishing off final notes for a pair of new songs: "Give a Little," video above, and "Make It Out Alive," below. Both will be featured on their June 8 release Shout it Out.

"It's not a very good-sounding cowbell," youngest bro Zac said, putting the final touches on "Give a Little."

"It sounds too metal," he lamented.

"I got a fever, and the only prescription... is more cowbell," Isaac then joked - throwing out a Saturday Night Live reference.

Middle brother Taylor held court as the band's unflagging professional - alternating between lead mic and piano, and navigating a five-piece big band through each song.

"Add two bars to that," he said, after a warm-up of the unreleased "Make It Out Alive."

Check out videos of both rehearsal performances, above and below.
