Zac Posen Debuts Impeccable Flatiron Condo

"I'm very meticulous," Zac Posen told Poison Ivy as we wandered through the Posen-designed, Morris Adjmi-constructed boutique condominium building 16 w 21 in New York's Flatiron neighborhood last Tuesday.

It only takes me a few seconds to realize Posen's not kidding.

The 14-story building - which features nine full-floor units, a garden duplex and a three-level penthouse - offers tenants custom White Oak flooring, Posen-inspired ornamental fixtures, Siberian and Venetian White marble bathrooms, kitchens with stainless steel counters and Sub-Zero refrigerators (third photo), sound and thermal-insulated windows, and Bosch washer/dryers.

Posen and I are walking through the three-bedroom model unit he adorned with fabulous ornate plates (second photo), custom bright blue cabinets and drawers in the kitchen (third photo), and a mirrored dressing lair (fifth photo, gown sold separately.)

Listing price? $4.6 million.

Someone's going to be a very, very happy runway model!
