Michael Kors had a vision for his Spring 2011 New York Fashion Week show last Wednesday: sun, sun, and more sun!
Just look at the que cards in the models' dressing room (at the 0:06 mark):
"You are in a sunshine state of mind. You spend the day at a glorious beach, your mornings in the lushest gardens and you dance bare foot under the stars. Be sunkissed, sexy, glamorous, and strong!"
"I actually think something that's natural, and not man-made, in today's world, is very glamorous," Kors told a reporter, of his choice to display linens and hemp-colored heels for Spring 2011.
Check out his master plan, with cameos by Kristin Chenoweth, Karolina Kurkova, Anna Wintour, Serena Williams and Joe Zee, above.

All the big guns came out to support designer Derek Lam at his Spring 2011 runway show last Sunday!
Anna Wintour, Leighton Meester, and Joe Zee all showed their love, while Ms. Rachel Zoe put it best:
"He stays true to what he loves," Zoe said.
"He doesn't say, 'Ok this is what's happening right now in fashion... This is what I'm going to do. He just says, this is what I'm feeling right now... This is what I think women should wear right now."
Check out her praise, above.
