At the Cirque Du Soleil Zarkana premiere

It's a great night to be a New Yorker!

Cirque Du Soleil invaded Manhattan's Radio City Music Hall for the premiere of their latest show Zarkana, an operatic, dark, height-defying production not for the faint of heart!

Joining Cirque for the fun were (from top) Selita Ebanks, Gayle King, Adrienne Bailon, Judah Friedlander, Jill Zarin and Kelly Bensimon.

We also caught Regis Philbin marveling inside with wife Joy!

Following the show, guests headed to Roseland Ballroom for a churrascaria and cotton candy-coated after-party, where the childlike spirit of Cirque rang transparent.

Zarkana will be playing at Radio City Music Hall until October 8.

Ferragamo recruits Ashley Greene, Eva Mendes for Resort 2012 show

Salvatore Ferragamo recruited some of Hollywood's freshest faces for his Resort 2012 show at the James B. Duke Mansion Tuesday night!

Poison Ivy spotted gals (from top) Ashley Greene, Eva Mendes, Emma Roberts, Freida Pinto, Minka Kelly and Rachel Roy watching the show, which featured elegant metallics alternating with crisp whites.

The celebration spilled into Upper East Side landmark The Carlyle Hotel for refreshments after, where we chatted with our pal Peter Davis and Becka Diamond.

Randy Jackson: 'I think you'll see us all back'

Music mogul Randy Jackson celebrated the big 55 Thursday, and Poison Ivy snagged him for a couple of questions at his Lacoste Penthouse birthday party.

"I think you'll see us all back," Jackson told P.I., confirming that American Idol judges Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler will be returning for a second season.

"I know there's some negotiations to be had but I believe you'll see us all back."

"It's never about trying to be like someone else," Jackson added, of the comparisons that he was acting like the new Simon Cowell.

"I am me. I'm still the dawg. I do what I do. I'm just trying to be me."

Jackson coupled the party with a performance series by three of his breaking artists - sultry four-piece Brunette, Black Eyed Peas-esque DaCav5 and Moscow pop import Grace V.

"He pushes me to work harder," Grace told Poison Ivy, on her mentor Jackson.

"He's kind and nice, but always honest. He won't tell you anything but the truth. He's like a father."
